Last updated: January 2026. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your data.
FreeFeis VPN is designed with a privacy-first architecture. We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the service. We do not collect, store, or process any data about your VPN activity, browsing history, IP addresses used, DNS queries, or traffic metadata.
When you create an account, we may collect your email address (if you choose to provide one) and a hashed password. Anonymous account creation without an email is also available. We collect aggregate, anonymised diagnostic data (crash reports, app version, device type) solely for the purpose of improving application stability.
FreeFeis VPN maintains a strict, independently audited no-logs policy. This means we never record which websites you visit, what data you transmit or receive, which servers you connect to or at what time, your original IP address or the IP address assigned by the VPN, or session duration or timestamps.
Our infrastructure runs on RAM-only servers in most locations, meaning that all data is wiped automatically every time a server restarts. This architectural choice makes it technically impossible to retain logs even if we wanted to.
Any information we collect is used exclusively to provide and operate the FreeFeis VPN service, handle customer support requests, send service-related notifications such as subscription renewals, and improve application performance through anonymised crash analytics.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data associated with it is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymised diagnostic data is retained for up to 12 months in aggregate form only.
We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate our platform, including payment processors for premium subscriptions and cloud infrastructure providers for our server network. All third-party partners are contractually required to handle data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our own stringent standards.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; request a copy of data we hold about you; withdraw consent for data processing; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, please contact our privacy team via the Contact page.
We implement industry-standard security practices to protect any data we hold, including AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit, regular third-party security audits, strict access controls limiting who can access systems, and automated vulnerability scanning and penetration testing.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notifications or email (if you have provided one) at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our data handling practices, please contact our dedicated privacy team via our Contact page. We aim to respond to all privacy enquiries within 72 hours.
